Away days / Team Building / Organisational Planning & Development Days / PATH Days
Marion and Mike offer a range of informal and enjoyable activity based days which provide excellent team building / away day courses whatever your organisation.
Should you require planning / development days we can cater for your individual requirements or facilitate P.A.T.H. days (Planning Alternative Tomorrows with Hope)
These are structured to look at team or organisational vision, deal with current difficulties or uncertainties and systematically develop a course of action to achieve the goal or vision. The day is creative, fun and inclusive of all views, builds on people’s abilities and strengths and provides a stimulus for action and change. In addition to a visual representation of the day, written material from the day will provide a useful source of information for such requirements as reports / funding / evidencing/ researching and promotional opportunities.
Service User Groups - Support & Development
We offer temporary support, encouragement, training, advice and consultancy work to service user groups who are looking to expand and develop their services. Through our team of associates we are able to assist with the practicalities of development, legal requirements, policies, constitutions and financial advice with a view to such groups becoming independent and their profiles raised. Our aim is to assist, support and enable groups to become fully autonomous.
Residential Crisis Services
Our combined knowledge and expertise of setting up and managing User led crisis houses from 1997 - 2006 (Anam Cara and Selene House, Birmingham) enables us to assist in the initial planning, development and monitoring of such services.
Study Tours
crazydiamond have successfully organised many study tours to England for workers, service users and their families from a number of European countries, enabling a wider perspective of recovery and the opportunity to see recovery in practice. We are able to offer study tours to Maastricht linking with Professor Marius Romme to gain a wider understanding of the voice hearing experience or to Copenhagen, linking with the Psykovision Project to explore Recovery and Thriving approaches.
